In accordance with the order of Madat Guliyev, the national hero of Azerbaijan, the Minister of Defense Industry, Colonel Arif Babayev was appointed to the position of adviser to the minister, APA reports.

Until this appointment, Arif Babayev was the head of the Public Relations Center of the State Security Service.
