Former owner of the Cherkizovsky market, Telman Ismailov, was detained in Podgorica on a search warrant issued by Russia, the portal of the Vijesti publication reported, citing a source, APA reports.

“Billionaire from Azerbaijan Telman Ismailov was detained in Podgorica on a search warrant issued by the Russian Federation,” the portal said.
