His sentiments were echoed by fellow Dutchman, William Winkles, who was captivated by the race’s integration into the bustling city center, enhancing both the competition and the leisure experience for guests. “The energy here is vibrant, the restaurants are fantastic, and the streets are so safe. It’s a perfect spot to relax,” Winkles noted.
