A forum of the Association of Neonatologists of Kyrgyzstan was held on the shore of Issyk-Kul region. Press center of the Ministry of Health reported.

The IV Forum of the Association was held from May 26 to May 28.

As noted, 65 neonatologists from all regions of the country discussed current effective practices of neonatal care. Well-known specialists from Russia were invited — Doctor of Medical Sciences Elizaveta Khamatkhanova, Candidate of Medical Sciences Konstantin Titkov and others.

The problems of intensive care and resuscitation of newborns and premature babies, early screening for congenital heart diseases were discussed, and the pocket guide «Providing Primary Health Care to Children» 2022 by WHO was presented.
