“I want to express my deep respect to the sorrow of Azerbaijani people who commemorate Khojaly tragedy today,” the French ambassador to Azerbaijan wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
“Lasting peace should be achieved by dialogue and reconciliation so that such acts never happen again,” noted the ambassador.
