Funds Allocated for Implementation of Socio-Economic Development Strategy for 2022-2026 Have Been Announced

Baku: Funds amounting to AZN 4.6 billion have been earmarked for the implementation of the “Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026” in the year 2026. This allocation is part of the “Medium-Term Expenditure Framework for 2026-2029,” which has been prepared by the Ministry of Finance.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the financial commitment is aimed at driving forward the strategic goals outlined in the development plan. The strategy is expected to focus on several key areas, including economic growth, social development, and infrastructure improvements, although specific project details have not been disclosed.

The allocation of these funds marks a significant step towards achieving the objectives set out in the national development strategy, which seeks to enhance the overall socio-economic landscape of Azerbaijan by 2026.
