Gabala:The Gabala Congress Center is set to host the Gabala Gastronomy Summit for the first time on October 31. This event is part of the 'Harvest Season in Gabala' initiative, which has been engaging restaurants, farmers, and tourism partners throughout October.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Lionel Strub, Vice President for Europe of the 'Disciples Escoffier International' organization, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the summit, an event that has garnered international media attention.

The summit aims to bring together gastronomy experts and media representatives, creating opportunities to promote Gabala globally. The event will include a forum and three panel sessions, offering a platform for discussion and collaboration.

Additionally, traditional dishes unique to Gabala will be highlighted as part of the Gabala Culinary Collection, showcasing the region's rich culinary heritage.
