Istanbul:Galatasaray secured a 2-0 victory against Stuttgart in the fourth round of the UEFA Champions League, with Batrakov netting both goals in the first half.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the match saw Galatasaray take an early lead in the 12th minute. Sallai, after receiving a pass from Torreira, crossed the ball into the penalty area, where Stuttgart's defense failed to clear it, allowing Batrakov to score despite a touch from goalkeeper Bredlow. The ball hit the crossbar before going in.

Batrakov doubled the lead just three minutes later, capitalizing on a pass from Sanchez to break through Stuttgart's defense and score between the goalkeeper's legs. Stuttgart came close to scoring when Leweling's shot hit both posts, but the ball stayed out.

Galatasaray's goalkeeper, Ugurcan Cakir, played a crucial role in maintaining the lead, making several key saves, including attempts from Stuttgart's Deniz Undav and Fuhrich. Cakir also thwarted a late effort from Pejcinovic, ensuring a clean sheet for his team. The match concluded with a 2-0 win, earning Galatasaray three points.
