According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Barrow's letter expressed his sincere congratulations on behalf of the Gambian government and its citizens. He highlighted the enduring friendship and cooperation between the Republic of The Gambia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, which are built on mutual respect and shared values. President Barrow emphasized his belief that the collaboration in education, youth development, and capacity building would continue to strengthen under President Aliyev's leadership.
