Baku:The Garabagh Revival Fund is actively participating in the inaugural Azerbaijan International Real Estate Exhibition, 'AIREX 2026', held in Baku. This event, organized by PASHA Property Management, marks the first time this international exhibition has taken place in Azerbaijan, bringing together 61 companies, including 47 local and 14 international firms.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the exhibition is part of the 'Year of Urban Planning and Architecture' in Azerbaijan, showcasing the country's urban planning achievements and ongoing reconstruction efforts in Garabagh and East Zangazur. The event, which runs until November 6, is expected to draw 20,000 visitors, offering opportunities for homebuyers and investors alike.

The official opening ceremony featured speeches by notable figures including Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture; Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Garabagh Revival Fund; and Tural Aliyev, CEO of PASHA Property Management. The exhibition serves as a platform for presenting Azerbaijani projects to both local and international audiences.

On November 4, President Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva toured the exhibition at the Baku Expo Center. The Garabagh Revival Fund's stand, which they visited, aims to increase awareness of the Fund's activities, including financial support for restoration and reconstruction of liberated territories, attracting investments, and promoting public-private partnerships.

Rahman Hajiyev also participated in a panel discussion titled 'Rebuilding and Reimagining Azerbaijan's Urban Vision.' He emphasized the importance of sustainable settlement and job creation in Garabagh and Eastern Zangazur, highlighting that real estate development includes not just housing but also hotels, business centers, and cultural sites.
