Geomagnetic Storm Expected to Impact Earth’s Magnetic Field


Shamakhi: “There is a possibility of a geomagnetic storm today,” the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasreddin Tusi told APA. It was noted that during the day, the intensity of the geomagnetic field could rise to G1-G2 levels.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the report from the observatory highlighted that the space weather conditions of the High-Speed Coronal Hole Streams are expected to last until March 12.
