Tbilisi: Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports. The letter was sent in honor of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Kavelashvili expressed his congratulations on behalf of the Georgian people, highlighting the importance of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
