KHANKENDI: A group of Azerbaijanis from Georgia, including Samaya Hasanova, expressed enthusiasm during their visit to the liberated territories of Karabakh. Hasanova, a native Azerbaijani woman from Georgia, shared her excitement about the trip and her aspiration to study at Karabakh University.
According to Trend News Agency, Hasanova stated, “I can’t convey my pleasure in words. Yesterday I visited Karabakh University. I am already thinking to come and study here. One of my wishes was to see Karabakh. I am very pleased to be here today.” Her comments highlight the emotional significance of the visit for many in the group.
The visit marked the conclusion of a six-day trip organized for three groups of Azerbaijanis from Georgia. The itinerary included stops in Khankendi, Shusha, and Aghdam, all areas recently liberated from Armenian occupation. The trip aimed to strengthen cultural ties and provide the visitors with a firsthand experience of the region’s transformation.
