Baku: We honor the memory of those who died in Baku on January 19 and 20, 1990, German Embassy posted on its "X" account, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the German Embassy highlighted that "Almost no region has suffered as much from the turmoil that arose during the collapse of the Soviet Union as the South Caucasus, including Azerbaijan."
