Baku: There is still significant potential in mature fields currently in operation in Azerbaijan, said Asif Zeynalov, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Advisory Board of GL Group, during his speech at the 31st Baku Energy Forum.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Zeynalov emphasized that the untapped potential of these mature fields can be unlocked through the application of modern technologies, strengthening operational discipline, efficient capital allocation, and the development of organizational capabilities. He conveyed the company's optimism about Azerbaijan's prospects and expressed satisfaction in participating in the forum.

Zeynalov further articulated that elevating the company's activities to a more professional level is crucial for creating additional value. This, he believes, can only be achieved through joint cooperation. He expressed his strong belief in the tremendous opportunities available to expand cooperation in this sector.
