Baku: Today in Houston, GL Group has announced the establishment of its presence in the United States of America as part of its international growth strategy. The company has appointed Bill Pardue as Executive Vice President, North America, who will lead GL Group's operations, strategic development, and expansion across the region. This milestone reflects GL Group's long-term commitment to the U.S. energy market and strengthening its position as an internationally recognized energy company. According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Mr. Pardue brings more than 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, having built an accomplished career spanning reservoir engineering, field operations, acquisitions, business development, and executive leadership. He began his career as a Production and Reservoir Engineer with Meridian Oil/Burlington Resources before progressing into senior leadership roles at a private family office oil and gas company, Enduro Resource Partners, and Encore Acquisition Comp any. Throughout his career, he has managed producing assets, led multidisciplinary teams, and contributed to the evaluation and development of upstream opportunities across several of the United States' leading oil and gas basins. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Mr. Pardue is also a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists (SIPES), and the Texas Tech Petroleum Engineering Academy. In his new role, Mr. Pardue will report directly to the Group CEO and will serve as a member of GL Group's Executive Team.
