GENEVA: At the end of last year, 2,641 deaths from COVID-19 were recorded worldwide, with more than 194,000 people infected globally, according to a recent report released by the World Health Organization (WHO), APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, WHO detailed that between November 11 and December 8, over 194,000 new coronavirus infections were reported, resulting in more than 2,600 fatalities. The organization emphasized the ongoing threat of COVID-19, urging continued vigilance and precautionary measures to mitigate the virus’s spread.
