New York:Gold prices experienced a sharp decline on the COMEX (Commodity Exchange Inc.) in New York, dropping by $107.30 to settle at $4,213.90 per troy ounce.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, silver prices also registered a downturn on global markets, falling by $2.74 to stand at $62.07 per ounce.
