New York:Gold prices saw a significant increase, rising by $69.70 to reach $4,226.70 per troy ounce on the COMEX (Commodity Exchange Inc.) in New York.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, silver prices also experienced a rise, increasing by $1.30 to $60.73 per ounce.
