Nakhchivan: Carbon monoxide caused a family tragedy in Nakhchivan city, APA reports. The incident occurred in the Khatai neighborhood of the city. Mammadov Niftali Mammad, a resident of Ashagi Aylis village, Ordubad district, born in 1947, died as a result of a carbon monoxide leak. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, his grandchildren at home - Fatima Masimova, born in 2020, Huseyn Masimov, born in 2018, Mahammad Masimov, born in 2017, Ali Masimov, born in 2021, and Hasan Masimov, born in 2022 - were poisoned. They were placed in the Nakhchivan Infectious Diseases Center. Law enforcement officers were involved in the incident, and an investigation into the fact is underway.
