Ankara: Gultakin Hajibayli has been deported from Trkiye to Azerbaijan, APA reports. The deportation occurred during the night hours, and as of now, G. Hajibeyli has not been involved in any investigation, nor has any preventive measure been imposed on her.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, reports had previously surfaced linking Gultakin Hajibayli and Ali Karimli, another member of the National Council and chairman of the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party, to a coup attempt allegedly orchestrated by Ramiz Mehdiyev, the former head of the Presidential Administration.
On November 30 of the previous year, Hajibayli was taken from her residence in Istanbul to a police station and subsequently transferred to the ‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬¡atalca Removal Center. She shared on her social media account that an Ankara court charged her under Article G-82, which pertains to membership in a foreign terrorist organization posing a threat to state security.
The G-82 restriction code is applied to foreign nationals identified as engaging in activities against national security. This designation prohibits the individual from entering Trkiye and mandates their indefinite deportation if they are present on Turkish soil.
