Hajj Registration in Azerbaijan Extended Until End of Ramadan

Baku: Registration for the Hajj pilgrimage in Azerbaijan will continue until the end of the month of Ramadan. Vusal Jahangiri, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO) and Head of the Hajj electronic system, confirmed this extension in response to an inquiry from APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, 11% of the quota for the pilgrimage remains unfilled. Vusal Jahangiri urged citizens who wish to perform Hajj to register promptly. Initially, the final registration date was set for March 7, but the extension allows more time for potential pilgrims to complete their registration.

For the 2026 Hajj season, the pilgrimage package price per person is set at 6,100 US dollars. Those intending to register must prepare the necessary documents, which include an international passport valid for at least one year, a copy of their ID card, two color photographs sized 5 cm ‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬ 5 cm with a white background (with women wearing a dark hijab), and a health certificate.
