Mexico city: Clara Brugada Molina, Head of the Government of Mexico City, stated that the city places special importance on studying the world's best practices in ensuring the right to housing. She made these remarks during an interaction with AZERTAC at the World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13).
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Clara Brugada highlighted Mexico City's participation in WUF13 as a way to contribute to global urban discussions and to learn from international practices on housing rights. She announced that Mexico City will host the next World Urban Forum in 2028.
Brugada also emphasized that the city is presenting its 'Utopia' initiative at the forum. This project is focused on the transformation of public spaces, underscoring Mexico City's commitment to enhancing urban living conditions and learning from global urban development efforts.
