Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Taleh Kerimov has appointed a new director of the CBA department for policy and control over activities in the capital market.

The chairman assigned this task to Umeyra Ibragimova.

Until now, she was a director of the global market department of “Pashabank”. This is not the first officer that T. Kazimov transferred from his former place of work. In particular, Farhad Veliyev, who currently works as an adviser to the chairman of the CBA, and Gulyar Pashayeva, who is the CEO, once worked at “Pashabank”
