Baku: Regional security has consistently been the top priority for Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev emphasized during the opening ceremony of the 13th Global Baku Forum.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the increasing importance of security, stability, and safety in the current global landscape. He noted that without these elements, other efforts and investments by countries are rendered ineffective.
