Baku/04.08.22/Turan: Shamkir military prosecutor’s office started a criminal case on the fact of soldier Agamirov Punkhan’s death from a bullet wound in Tovuz region on August 5 under Article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code.

The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said on Friday that the investigation believes that the crime was committed by a fellow soldier of the deceased, soldier Kazimov Amil. He has been detained as a suspect, it said.
