Sabirabad: The famous cotton master, Hero of Socialist Labor, and former member of both the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR and the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, Fatma Rza gizi Huseynova has passed away at the age of 86, as reported by APA’s Mil-Mugan bureau. She died this morning.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Fatma Huseynova was born in 1939 in the Sabirabad district. Her contributions to the fields of economy and public administration were recognized in 2002 when she was awarded a personal pension by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Further acknowledging her impact on agriculture in the country, she was bestowed with the 1st degree “Labor” Order in 2017.
