According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Budagov highlighted that during all periods of leadership, National Leader Heydar Aliyev contributed to the preservation of national and spiritual values and created the groundwork for the development of Azerbaijan’s culture. Budagov emphasized that all these efforts played a crucial role in the formation of the Azerbaijani ideology. He remarked on the trust the Azerbaijani people placed in Aliyev during challenging times, noting that Aliyev took on full responsibility and risked his life to fulfill the people’s demands. Budagov reiterated that Heydar Aliyev laid the foundation for the Great Victory road.
