Hikmat Mustafayev Appointed New Chief of Staff at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture

Baku: The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan has announced a significant appointment to the position of Chief of Staff. By the order of Minister of Culture Adil Karimli, Hikmat Mustafayev has assumed this key role.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hikmat Mustafayev brings extensive experience to his new position, having been in civil service since 1997. His career includes holding various responsible and managerial roles in the State Property Committee, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the State Committee on Property Issues. Most recently, he served as an adviser to the Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center.

Previously, the Chief of Staff position was held by Mustafa Abbasbayli. In a related move, Mustafa Abbasbayli has now been appointed as an adviser to the minister, also by the order of Minister Adil Karimli.
