At today’s general meeting of Holcim (Azerbaycan) shareholders it was decided to distribute all profits for 2021 among shareholders as dividends.
Each share will receive a dividend of 1.99 manat, a minority shareholder told Turan. Last year’s dividend per share for 2020 was 1.35 manat. There is no official report on the financial results of Holcim (Azerbaycan) shareholders yet.
Total of 1,590,644 shares of Holcim (Azerbaycan), one of the leaders in the production of cement in Azerbaijan, are in circulation. The nominal value of one share is 20 manats.
Also, the general meeting planned to make supplements to the company’s charter, prolong debt agreement with Holcim International Finance LTD.
Note that Holcim (Azerbaycan) is a company with Swiss-German capital: 66% of its shares are owned by Holcim LTD and 24% by Holcim Auslandbeteiligungs GmbH. The remaining 10% is distributed among 700 minority shareholders.
