Baku:Ibad Huseynov, who faced detention in Georgia, has been released and returned to Azerbaijan with the support of the Azerbaijani embassy.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, Huseynov was detained in Georgia but was soon released after the Azerbaijani embassy intervened. The embassy's prompt action facilitated his safe return to Azerbaijan.

Huseynov, upon his return, spoke to journalists at the airport, explaining that he immediately contacted the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia regarding his detention. He praised the embassy's quick response, which led to his release and safe transport to the embassy premises where necessary measures were taken.

Despite his inquiries, Huseynov mentioned that no explanation was provided for the reason behind his detention in Georgia.
