Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has signed an official order to bestow the ‘Dostlug’ Order upon Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik, the Director-General of ICESCO. This prestigious recognition is awarded to individuals who have significantly contributed to fostering successful cooperation.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decision was made in accordance with Clause 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan. AlMalik’s efforts in enhancing collaborative efforts between the Republic of Azerbaijan and ICESCO were highlighted as a primary reason for this honor. The ‘Dostlug’ Order is a testament to the strong and growing relationship fostered under AlMalik’s leadership.
