On the Lachin-Khankendi road, conditions have been prepared for vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move unimpededly from Khankendi to Lachin, APA’s correspondent assigned to Shusha reports.

Today, at 08:43, three vehicles belonging to ICRC made an unimpeded passage from Khankendi to Lachin.

Note that this is not the first case. Conditions are created for the security vehicle belonging to the Russian peacekeepers, moving from Khankendi to Lachin, or from Lachin to Xankendi, to pass through the action area without hindrance.

This means that there are no restrictions on humanitarian vehicles’ passage.
