OPEC+ countries have fulfilled the agreement on reducing oil production in October of this year by 116%, APA-Economics reports citing the monthly report of International Energy Agency (IEA).

Last month, OPEC countries have fulfilled the agreement by 124%, non-OPEC countries by 103%.
