Finally, the fifth condition focused on the removal of territorial claims against Azerbaijan from Armenia’s Constitution, thereby eliminating a potential source of regional tension and conflict. This was achieved with a formal promise from Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan, witnessed by international figures.
