The self-financing department of “Capital Construction and Supply” (CCS) of the Ministry of Science and Education concluded a contract on August 31 this year with LLC ‘S?naye v? Mlki Tikinti E-93’ for the overhaul of the administrative building of the Absheron-Khizi regional department of the Ministry.

The whole absurdity of this agreement lies in the fact that the repair work, for which a private company will receive from the state AZN 1 million 240.000 ($ 729.400), located in the city of Sumgayit building, was completed a long time ago.
