Accra:In the first nine months of this year, a significant rise in the number of passengers using buses and taxis was recorded in Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, 121.051 million passengers utilized taxi services, marking a 9% increase compared to the same period last year. Additionally, buses transported 1,482.2886 million passengers, which is an 11.4% increase year-on-year.

Overall, a total of 1,771.3056 million passengers were transported by all modes of transport in Azerbaijan during this period, reflecting a 9.7% increase from the previous year.
