Baku: Annual inflation in Azerbaijan has averaged 5.9%, reflecting changes in the consumer price index over the past year. In June 2025, the index was 106% compared to June 2024, highlighting a rise in various sectors. This includes a 107.0% increase for food products, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products; 102.8% for non-food products; and 107.2% for paid services provided to the population.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the consumer price index for June 2025 was 99.6% relative to the previous month. Additionally, from January to June, the index was 105.9% compared to the same period the previous year.
