Innovative Training for Media by AccessBank and Neurotime: ‘Artificial Intelligence and Next-Generation Journalism’

Baku: AccessBank, in collaboration with Neurotime, a company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions, organized a training session titled 'Artificial Intelligence and Next-Generation Journalism' for representatives from leading media organizations. The training sought to enhance participants' understanding of AI technologies' opportunities in the evolving media landscape, including fact-checking methods and ethical AI use in journalism.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the sessions covered AI's role in corporate communications and were delivered in an interactive, practical format. Participants engaged with real cases, completing exercises on interacting with official sources during crises, verifying information reliability, and data interpretation. Attendees were introduced to best practices for utilizing modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, receiving detailed guidance on prompt engineering techniques for crafting effective queries.

The event culminated in an interactive knowledge quiz, awarding certificates to media representatives who successfully completed the training. The emphasis was placed on AI as a supportive tool rather than a replacement for journalists, highlighting the importance of human roles in verifying accuracy, providing context, and maintaining public responsibility with the principle 'AI is an assistant, not an author.'
