Meta Platforms Inc.’s Instagram plans to test a new repost option with a “small number of users” soon, a Meta spokesperson told TechCrunch, APA reports.

According to the tech media outlet, a “reposts” tab will be located next to posts, reels and tagged photos tabs. The new feature will enable users to share other people’s posts in their own feeds.

Instagram’s rival TikTok has reportedly been testing a similar option.
