Baku: The International Energy Agency (IEA) has lowered its forecast for global daily oil demand growth for this year, APA reports, citing the agency’s monthly report.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the forecast indicates that global daily oil demand is expected to increase by 0.72 million barrels in 2025, reaching 103.76 million barrels. This is a decrease from the previous estimate of 103.9 million barrels.
The report further notes that the global daily oil demand growth in 2026 is anticipated to reach 0.74 million barrels.
