Aktau: An international scientific seminar titled "Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan: Strategic Partnership and Transport Relations" took place in Aktau, Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the Azerbaijan Center at Yessenov University, also known as the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the seminar gathered scientists, professors, teaching staff, and students from Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. The primary focus was on the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), also known as the Middle Corridor. During the seminar, Ilkin Orujov, Director of the Azerbaijan Center, highlighted the Caspian Sea's role as a vital connecting bridge, contributing to the emerging geoeconomic landscape of Eurasia.
