Aghdam: International travelers led by Harry Mitsidis, a British citizen of Greek origin and the founder and head of the "NomadMania" club, have arrived in Aghdam as part of their visit to Karabakh and East Zangezur, APA's Karabakh bureau reports. The travelers explored the Aghdam Juma Mosque and the remnants of the Bread Museum, gaining insights into the destruction during the occupation period and the ongoing reconstruction efforts.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this visit is spearheaded by Mitsidis, who ranks number one worldwide after visiting all 1,301 regions defined by "NomadMania." The delegation, comprising 79 travelers from 37 countries, marks the largest group of international travelers to visit Karabakh and East Zangezur. This visit is part of promoting the liberated territories within the framework of "dark tourism" and observing the large-scale construction and restoration work underway.

This trip, the 16th organized by international traveler clubs between 2020 and 2025, underscores the significance of showcasing the progress in the liberated territories. "NomadMania" also held its annual meeting in Azerbaijan for the first time, highlighting the importance of the region in global travel circles.
