Garabagh: The inventory of historical monuments in Garabagh has already been completed, and restoration work has begun, the Minister of Culture, Adil Kerimli, stated this in his statement to journalists.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Minister noted that currently, the restoration of Panahali Khan’s palace complex in Aghdam is being carried out.
