Baku: During January-April 2026, about 2.06 billion manat was invested in Azerbaijan's oil and gas sector, marking a 39.7 percent increase compared to about 1.45 billion manat in the same period of 2025, the State Statistics Committee reported.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, in the corresponding period of 2025, this indicator amounted to about 1.45 billion manat. This significant rise in investment highlights the growing interest and financial commitment towards the oil and gas industry in Azerbaijan.
