Baku: Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Farzana Sadiq arrived in Baku to attend the 17th meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation with Azerbaijan, APA reports. The Iranian minister was welcomed upon arrival by the Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the visit, Minister Sadiq is expected to attend the meeting of the Joint Commission and engage with several state officials. The discussions will focus on a comprehensive assessment of the current state of cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan. Key areas of interest include the removal of existing obstacles and the acceleration of joint economic projects. The talks will particularly emphasize collaboration in the sectors of transport, energy, trade, and cultural cooperation.
