Israeli Airstrikes Eliminate Three Hezbollah Commanders, IDF Reports

TEL AVIV: Three regional unit commanders of Hezbollah have been killed in Israeli airstrikes over the past two days, according to reports from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). These strikes have been part of ongoing military operations targeting Hezbollah positions.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the airstrikes were carried out by Israeli fighter jets and specifically targeted commanders responsible for rocket and missile attacks on Israeli towns. The areas affected include Jibchit, Jouaiyya, and Qana, where these commanders were active.

In addition to these targeted killings, the IDF reported that approximately 70 Hezbollah operatives have been killed in airstrikes and ground operations in southern Lebanon in the past 24 hours. The military also announced the discovery and destruction of tunnels and weapons caches in the region.
