Ambassador of Israel to Azerbaijan, George Deek, expressed his condolences on the death of Professor Jamila Hasanzade, the author of the book “Mysterious Tales of Tabriz”, said the diplomat on Twitter, APA reports.

Notably, Professor Jamila Hasanzade, doctor of art studies, who dedicated his life to the study of miniature art of Tabriz, died yesterday.

Ms. Jamila has written dozens of books, hundreds of scientific works and articles on miniature painting of Tabriz. Thanks to her knowing Azerbaijani, Russian, French and English languages perfectly, she used the most diverse sources and based his research on undeniable facts.
