Karabakh: Karabakh will become a very attractive destination for tourists in the future, said Italian traveler Alessandro Giovanni Gerevini during his visit to Karabakh and East Zangezur.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Gerevini, who is originally from Italy but resides in Japan, shared his insights during his visit. He is a professor at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies and mentioned that this trip marks his second visit to Azerbaijan, having first visited over a decade ago with his niece. This was, however, his first visit to Karabakh.

Gerevini noted significant changes in Karabakh, describing the transformation of the city as more modern than before. He expressed his admiration for the natural beauty of the region, alongside the presence of new buildings that exceeded his expectations. He believes that the region is poised to become an interesting destination for tourists and visitors in the future.

He also expressed a hope that Karabakh could become a significant point of connection between three different countries, potentially enabling freer travel among them. Gerevini remarked on his aspirations for the region's future development and connectivity on an international scale.
