Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov shared on his Twitter account about the explosion in Istanbul, APA reports.

The post reads: “We were deeply saddened by the news of the explosion on Istiklal Avenue in Istanbul. We express our condolences to the families and relatives of those who lost their lives as a result of this terror, to our brother Turkey, and we wish the wounded a speedy recovery. Azerbaijan always stands by brother Turkey!”
